Extremely Disappointed – Paid $15,000 for Worse Problems Than Before. I called License to Chill for a service call on our older Carrier unit that had been stopping intermittently. They diagnosed dirty coils causing freezing and the sensor tripping, shutting the system down. The unit was old but had worked decently overall. They recommended replacing both units (even though one was still working fine), claiming the old ones were failing. We spent $12,000 on the new Carrier system, explicitly telling them to address the root cause—whether it was plumbing, airflow, or anything else—so the problem would be truly solved. They assured us the new units would fix everything. One year later, we’ve had SEVEN service calls. The new units are failing faster than the old one, with the same freezing and sensor-tripping issues happening more frequently. Not only did they fail to fix the underlying problem, but the situation is now worse. They initially blamed a “plumbing issue” but pushed the full replacement anyway instead of diagnosing and repairing properly. On top of that, they made several installation errors. This is the best air conditioning company in all of Florida! I had a unique situation where I had paid another company to complete the job only for them to tell me four days later that they “couldn’t figure it out”, one of my colleagues mentioned hey my friend has a company who I called Saturday at maybe 5:30/ 6:30 PM they mentioned “oh don’t worry. We’ll come over to the house in 20 minutes and take a look so on Monday if there’s anything we need, we’ll grab it from the supplier and get it installed ready to go”. Sure enough they showed up 20 minutes later that Saturday evening, recognized the issue, and on Monday by 10:30/11 AM I was back in business with my air-conditioning!! Thank you Mike and to your entire team for getting our air-conditioning back up and running if anybody in the Florida area needs a air-conditioning repair or some assistance I would highly recommend the license to chill. Thank you again and I will for sure be using your services in the future and recommend you to all my friends and family.

Was having issues with my AC and spent hundreds of dollars having different companies diagnose the issue. Unfortunately the whole unit needed replaced. From the second the service technician arrived, I knew I trusted this company. Adil was very knowledgeable and included me in all his tests. He not only informed me of everything he was doing, but he showed me and told me why. When it came to installing the unit, the owner was super helpful in giving me all of my options and supplying me with different estimates that matched my budget. He was also able to schedule the install asap. When the install technicians arrived they were the best! Very friendly, very respectful for being in someone’s home most of the day, especially while i was working from home. They got the job done in no time, cleaned all their areas of work and were just overall good guys to work with. Not only that but Gardenia from the office was SO nice and friendly. Super respectful and communicated with me every step of the way. My new unit looks A+ !!

Excellent AC contractor. The team exceeded my expectations. Henry was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and does his job very well. Updates throughout the day and kept me up to speed on everything. The professionalism was a breath of fresh AIR! Highly recommend for your AC needs! I don't give 5star reviews easily but they earned it! Keep up the good work!

I had a fantastic experience with License to Chill AC Company. From the start, their communication was excellent—I received both an email and text reminder about my appointment, and the technician even called when he was on the way. That level of professionalism is always appreciated. Laz was the technician who came to my home, and he was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my AC and made sure I understood the issue before moving forward. A few years ago I purchased a Wi-Fi thermostat but was never able to connect it because my AC system didn’t have a “C” wire. Laz not only addressed the AC issue but also took care of adding the C wire so I could finally use the thermostat. That extra attention to detail really impressed me. It’s refreshing to find a company that is both highly competent and fair in their service. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and honest. I will definitely continue using License to Chill AC Company for all of my AC needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
